Hello wine lover and welcome to Invinity Wines.
I would just like to introduce myself, I am Chad Lochbaum the founder of this company. I'm sure you have viewed some or all of our wines on the site and hope you will enjoy them as much as I do. I have been a lover of fine wine for the last 15 years, ever since I tried that first vintage champagne.
A background in sales, customer service and travel have allowed me the privilege of visiting some fine wineries around the world and sample some lovely wines. These events have propelled me to discover more about wine, I'm sure my interest in wine had something to do with it!
I have studied to the advanced level at WSET, and I am just about to start studying for my diploma. I have recently been conducting sales of wine for private clients and have designed this web site so that I can continue to provide my wines to you and keep you updated on new wines.
Matt Mawtus and I have founded this company as a continuation of our fire and passion to discover outstanding wines and offer them too you at very reasonable prices
Matt started as a waiter at 16 in a local restaurant called the Milton of Crathes, fell in love with the industry almost straight away so I decided to go to uni to study hotel and hospitality management. I received an unconditional offer so I left school immediately and went to become a chef at the Milton, having had a brief interlude as a waiter in room service at a private hospital. At uni, I worked at the Glasgow Hilton for 2 1/2 years where I started working for a sommelier. He introduced me to a few different wines and sort of planted the seed if you will. After finishing uni I went to Gordon Ramsay at Claridges as a commis sommelier. I worked for Huges Lepin who has been a great mentor for me. Just before I left Claridges I won the UK Young Waiter of the Year Award. After a year at Claridges I was offered a position as Assistant Head Sommelier at L'Etranger, becoming the Head Sommelier in February of 2008. I spent 2 years there which were very successful. Whilst I was there, I became the restaurant manager, winning the good food guide restaurant of the year in 2009, 2 goblets from the Wine Spectator 2 years in a row and a couple of awards such as number 11 winelist in the world. After L'Etranger I went to Orrery on Marylebone High Street. Only stayed there for 6 months before being offered my current role as Restaurant Manager/Wine Buyer at Lombard Street.
We are now able to offer you the chance to arrange in the Greater London area wine tastings in your own home, I would like to introduce Pavlos Hatzinikolaou (pictured below). He has a distinguished career in wine and hospitality in Australia and the UK. This is a bespoke service which will be tailored to your needs, The perfect addition to a wine club evening or a dinner party.

We offer tutored tastings on wines and spirits for wine clubs and team building for corporate events.
We offer in conjunction with Passion Flower of Worcester, the sale of flowers with wine or champagne.
We also offer a complimentary food and wine matching, from small dinner party to weddings.
