Campo Nuevo Tempranillo 2015

Aromas of red fruits and raspberries with a hint of truffles lead to a full bodied palate showing
well balanced acidity, good structure and a long finish.

The earliest historical data on wine making in Navarra dates back to the 2nd century BC.

From the lower slopes of the Pyrenees comes a juicy, fruity, full-bodied tempranillo. The aromas of summer pudding and hints of truffle allow for a versatile and food-friendly wine.

The grape ferments for 10 days at 25°C. The wine is then pressed leaving it to ferment without maceration.
