 TASTING NOTE

An eye-catching golden yellow colour. Mineral character and tropical fruits as well
as pear and citrus notes give this wine complexity and freshness. On the palate, it is
full and generous with a clean, long lasting finish.

The grapes are hand picked and then pressed and fermented in stainless steel
tanks at a low temperature. Aftewards, 50% of the must is racked into new French
oak barriques, where it completes fermentation. The wine is then aged in the same
barriques for 6-8 months.
